A conference paper published in the journal Psychiatria Danubina (2015) describes the application of neurofeedback in ten children with autistic spectrum disorder. Josipa Bosak is one of the co-authors.

The journal Psychiatria Danubina (2015, Vol. 27, Suppl. 1, pp. 391-394) published the conference paper Neurofeedback Application in the Treatment of Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

The authors are Ivana Živoder, Sanja Martić-Biočina, Ana Vodanović Kosić and Josipa Bosak.

During 2010 and 2011, neurofeedback treatment was administered to ten children aged 4 to 7 diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder. The effect was evaluated through the assessments of parents, teachers and therapists, and through changes in electrophysiology. The most pronounced changes were recorded in behaviour - less aggression, better cooperation and communication - as well as in attention span and sensory motor skills.
